At Jamini Cafe, we strive to provide you with high-quality food, beverages, and service. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle refunds and cancellations.
1. Food Orders (Dine-in, Takeaway, Delivery)
- Incorrect or Incomplete Orders: If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please notify us immediately via phone or email. We will offer a replacement or issue a refund for the missing/incorrect item(s).
- Quality Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the food or beverages, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements may be issued at the discretion of management after reviewing the issue.
- Order Cancellations:
- Before Preparation: Orders can be canceled with a full refund if preparation has not yet started.
- After Preparation Has Started: Unfortunately, we cannot provide a full refund once the order has been prepared. However, we may offer a partial refund or credit for future use.
- We have 4 hours return policy.
- Replacment item will be delivered within 2 hours
2. Event Bookings / Reservations
- Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event/reservation will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.
- Cancellation by Jamini Cafe: If we are required to cancel a reservation or event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Once refund is processed it will be credited in bank account within 5-7 buisness working days
4. Shipping Policy
Once an order has been placed and processed, it is shipped via our in house delivery partners or via third party logistic providers. All orders are tentatively delivered within 30 minutes after being dispatched, however, conditions such as weather may hamper the delivery times.
Once an order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS with the tracking link where in you can track the order and contact the delivery agent.
